Stay fit and healthy. Run a decent Boston and St. George marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran with Jaren up oin Mantua. Because of the snow we couldn't make it around the lake, it was too deep. So we ran the road and part of the trail on the NE side and back. 8:26 ave. Still snowy and icy, but doable.
Didn't get the achilles warmed up, so it took a while into the run before I felt okay. 6:41 last mile and 7:42 ave
Ran today after a leg work and chest workout. 7:35 ave and 6:43 last mile. Didn't get the achilles warmed up again, so the first mile was rough.
