Drove down to Provo with Haag this morning and met the kids to do the LA Freeway.  Taylor, Connor, Chuk, McKay, Tanner, Rylie, Taylor, Kami, Emily, and Gabi all showed up.  It was a nice morning after the rainy night and the kids had a good trip on the Freeway.  I did the run in 1:17.58 for the 10 miles, a 6:13,6:24, and 6:00 last 3 miles.  Great run on tired legs for all of us.  We had our traditional all you can eat french toast after the run.  I am tired, but I felt stronger on this run than I have in over a year, so I am excited about that.

Nice run, I hope all is well with you. How are things with the house?

I am doing better. We are still fighting the battle with the house.
