Personal:

I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Went ot Riverton Track and ran 2 miles warm-up and then 4 200x sprints and then 1.5 cool-down.  Still tired but keep trying.

Ran 5am with sister it was slow, but she has not ran in a while since she just graduated for BYU Hawaii, and she ran the whole thing. I just did circles around and ahead and visited with her.  It was a fun Run

Ran the parkway this morning at 5am started with my sister ran the first 2 miles then she headed back , I ran another 1.5 miles a little bit faster pace and was able to finish the last mile with her.  I felt prett good this morning.  trying to improve my speed.

started with a warm-up of 2 miles the I did 6 200x sprints and then 1 400x sprint in which I thought that I was going to throw up so I walked 1 lap and the jogged a 1/2 mile.

Ran to the taylorsville gym which was 8 miles and then did an hour spin class.  felt pretty good, the spin class was hurt my legs after running, its good for me.

went to the Riverton track started with 2 miles warm-up and the I did 6 200x which I really tried to go as fast as I could and then I did 1 400x then 1 lap cooldown, had to be to work.

I did an spin class in the evening 1 hour class I figure around 10 miles, went really hard and my legs were on fire from the morning run
