Long-Term Running Goals: A marathon under 5 hours Personal: I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

| Ran down 10600 south, very cold this morning and I tripped on a hugh lip on the sidewalk covered with leaves, that sucked and hurt the knee's a little along with the pride luckly only my sister noticed. |
