I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

ran in the am at riverton high school did 2 miles warm-up then 8 200x sprints and then .5 miles cooldown.  then in the afternoon I did a very hard spin class felt good at least 10 miles then at night I did a 3 mile walk with my neighbor.  nice day!

Ran the provo half today felt pretty good till mile 8 I was doing my goal time but then I seem to have gotten a stomache ache, turns out I finished but not how I wished to.

Did an extremly hard spin class today, my legs were burning partly still sore from the Provo Half that I did on Saturday, but when I was finished I felt better not so sore.

Went to Riverton Track started with 2 miles warm-up then I did 8 200x then 2 400x and then a 1/2 mile cool-down.  The 400 were really hard for me but I think they will help me finish a race stonger so I will keep trying to increase them.  I ran with Walter in sprirt and ran some of the sprints with danielle.

Ran with Walter today at Riverton Track He acually slowly jogged by me while I ran 2 miles than I did 6 200x and cool down.  Very tired today not enough sleep.

Ran at the Capitol with Walter this morning. Started with him in the Avenues and went up City creek a little bit and then came back down.  Made 10 miles out of it.

Ran down 10600 till that trail before redwood and then over to 9800 and back up to my home it felt good this morning its finally cooling off in the morning but staying dark longer which is a little scary running by myself.

I ran this Race this one of my sisters and it was her first race ever, It was fun and I felt way good the whole time, I think I may have been able to go faster but I was running with my sister so it didn't matter.

Had a hard night sleep was not tired till this morning when the alarm went off, I ran down 10600 s and trail before Redwood and then up 9800 home  felt great should of picked it up because I was not hurting at all, nice not to be out of breath.

Ran 3 miles with 4 of my sisters around 7 pm still hot outside.

Went to Bear lake for the long weekend and got up with Walter and Danielle and they dropped me and my sister off at 14 miles while they went to 20 to run. My sister rode her bike by me while I ran, glad it was so dark and such a long way by myself.  She carried on a good conversation and I was glad she agreed to run with me.  Felt great when I was done, the first 10 miles felt great the last 4 were hard.
