Long-Term Running Goals: A marathon under 5 hours Personal: I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

| I ran at 5am with my sister 10 miles and then came and did a 5k with my family, that was a little slow since I did with my 6 year daughter but it was fun and she did a great job. |

| Did the Ogden half marathon, was a lot tired due to lack of sleep, circumstances any ways I ran the whole race, proud about that but a little slow, oh well, I didn't want to have to walk any and at least I managed that, It was a beautiful area and I really enjoyed it. |
