Personal:

I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

I did an spin class for 1 hour and then I went and swan in pool 40 lenghts and finished the last 30 minutes of water arobics

Ran in the AM on Riverton Track 3 miles was going to try speed but got there late and had to be to work so I ran for 30 min

Ran on the parkway this morning with friend and husband, which all left me but I was 5 min faster on the same run that I did sunday. Feel good about that.

Woke up late so I only had time to run 3 miles before work.   When I got home from work I walked 3 miles with my sister.

Did the Bear Lake 10 with Daughter.   It turns out that it was longer than a 10k, ok but then there was no water at all.  I was ok would have felt better with a drink, but felt bad for my 12 year old duaghter that was running with me.  She tryed to ditch me at the end and I had to do the full out sprint to tie with her, I looked like an idiot but no one knows me so who cares.  It was a nice day, and a fun run.
