Long-Term Running Goals: A marathon under 5 hours Personal: I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

| Ran 5 miles after work with my daughter Sarah that is 13 years old. It was hotter than I thought than I ran 3 miles with 2 of my sisters. |

| Got up at 3:45AM and started running by 4am so I could be to work by 7, ran the first 12 ok but needed a restroom for the last 2 miles there was nothing till I got home so you can see, not such a pleasant 2 miles plus there were 2 blisters on my toes, that is how it goes I guess. |

| Ran at night felt good for the forst time my chest was a little bit on fire but my legs weren't hurting and I was able to finish 15minutes faster than I have been, what a wonderful night. |

| got up this morning with walter and ran up at city creek the run was hard for me I have this pulling in the back of my ankle and the other foot it throbs were I had broken it a year earler up the top of my foot. It was really hard to even get going the first 2-3 miles, however it was a nice morning. |
