Ran 5 miles after work with my daughter Sarah that is 13 years old. It was hotter than I thought than I ran 3 miles with 2 of my sisters.

How great that you get to run with your daughter! That's something that she'll never forget, I bet. My mom tought us all (there are 4 girls in my family, no boys) to knit since we were little. We still all love it! It's good to include your kids in the activities you love! And, nice running - pretty soon you'll run more miles than your hubby!
