I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Ran this morning with Charity, legs were sore the whole run, I think the spin class last night. Run was slow but that was all i could mustard up

I did an weight class for 40 minutes a little late and than I did my sisters spin class for 1 hour.  Very sore again.

Ran down 10600 construction sucks on the way back tripped on some netting on the ground and agian down I went with 2 layers it still cut my knee.  Whats up with that

It was a beautiful saturday morning. The weather held up for us and it was in the 40's! Very nice. I started out running with Charity and Walter, Danielle, and Bill caught up to us at mile 2.5. We turned around at that point and the others kept going straight. I made it back to the parking lot and Charity had to go to work so I ran back a mile and found them and ran back to the parking lot to make 7 miles.

Ran this morning with Charity in the snow on the park trail starting on 126000 s there was alot of snow, fell off the trail a few times and it was quit cold.  Ran the last 1/2 mile with walter and danielle.

The road were very icy but I went across 3200south from 10600 to 90th and I met Tina for the first time.  It was a nice run warmer than it has been.
