Personal:

I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Had a hard night sleep was not tired till this morning when the alarm went off, I ran down 10600 s and trail before Redwood and then up 9800 home  felt great should of picked it up because I was not hurting at all, nice not to be out of breath.

Ran 3 miles with 4 of my sisters around 7 pm still hot outside.

You are lucky to run with 4 of your sisters! I don't even have one sister, so running with sisters is out of the question for me. I hope your sleep time improves!
