I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

Couldn't sleep agian, got up at 5am and ran the jordan parkway with walter, danielle, and charity felt better this morning. I also did a spin class 1 hour 10 miles worked hard

If I were married to that guy, I wouldn't be able to sleep either! :) You should share some stories of what your little girls say when they make fun of his running!

Yeah, my daughters hate it when he tells them he signed them up for another 5k. They have some natural talent but dont like to be bugged over it. They know he's crazy.

They are lucky to have running parents!

When I call my dad in Argentina to tell him how I did in a race, he asks "So did you win?" - he cannot grasp the concept of racing when you know you have no chance of winning! You should train your girls to ask him if he won every time he comes back from a race.
