Elevation difference is 241 feet. Most of the climb is between 1.5 miles and 4.5 miles with slight climbs in miles 1 and 6. I’m not running as many days a week because of work and home renovation work. I run better when it is not so cold and dark outside. Cold I can take. Dark I can take.
