Went out for a run this afternoon.I did a few 1/4 mile intervals at a 6:40/pace. Heel pain seems to be getting a little better.

The weather was cool today with lite rain. I went out for a run not knowing how the heel would feel today. I thought that I would just let it be the boss on how far I went. It was a little painful at the start but started feeling better a little ways into the run. At the end of mile 2 it was feeling better than it has in a while. I kept a slow pace until I would reach a hill and then I would attack it at a 6:50 - 7:15/pace. The longer the run lasted the better I felt. That has not happened in a long time. Maybe the new shoes are paying off.

A cloudy and cool morning for a run. One mile at a 7:26/pace and the rest at a easy pace. Heel pain was a 4 out of 10.

Another cool and cloudy day. Today I ran 2 miles in the 7:20's and the rest easy. When I was running the fast miles I felt like I was going to BARF!! Not sure what that was about but my stomach felt very uneasy.
