A cloudy and cool morning for a run. One mile at a 7:26/pace and the rest at a easy pace. Heel pain was a 4 out of 10.

So it's getting better?

It seems to be.It hurts during the night when I get up,the first thing in the morning or when I begin a run.

That sounds similar to my achilles tendon/heel. It's always very stiff and sore when I get up in the morning, but after a few minutes it's fine, and it rarely bothers me in a run.

Glad to hear it's improving, and solid run today.
