Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

:30 on treadclimber, a little faster, calf still OK.
Started with walking steep incline, 4-4.5 mph, then jogged for a bit. Got to 9:30 pace and while calf didn't zing like last week I could feel it, so went no faster.
