Easy Schooner Head. Felt heavy and slow still, but a litle better than Friday and Saturday. Beautiful 55 degree sun!

Warmup for Realfit team challenge. Also 2.2k rowing, 6.5k on the spin bike, and two sets of bench presses, squats and plank shoulder taps. Good workout.

Actually did a little uptempo mill work today. 12 minute warmup, 8 x hard effort 1:00 with 1:00 recovery, 12 minute warmdown. Gradually sped up, did last 3 at 6:35 pace. Felt really hard at first--will need to adapt again--but felt smoother/stronger as I went along, so that's encouraging.
