On mill, ITB beginning to hurt a fair bit.
Was going to go longer but pulled my calf muscle at 2 miles. At 8:00 pace! Oh, man, my body just doesn't work well enough any more.
:30 on treadclimber. Very careful, slow, stretched a lot, calf didn't scream, so that's a relief. Perhaps I gave it the kid gloves it needed.
