Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

30 minutes on the Peloton
Wimp weights x 2 and an incline walk. Knee still off.
Wimp weights x 2 then tried to run but still couldn't, so another power walk.
Row 20 minutes. Didn't feel all that bad, nice smooth Concept 2 at the Delamar
Knee was feeling much better, so gave running another shot, and it was OK. Didn't push it but did get a basement run before the long day at the Symposium.
90 minutes of tennis with the brace and new shoes!
