| 30 minute Peloton, went pretty hard today.

| 45-minute Peloton endurance run, including warm up and warm down. Left hip got cranky from 35 minutes on, but otherwise a really good run. Put it at 8:57 pace and just cruised. There were some hills up to 4 degrees, so not a total jog at times either.
