9 holes of golf with Joe. Back properly seized up.
Back sore, but more like DOMS than acute injury. Did core work (!) and power walked for 30 minutes on the mill.
Core work and a 30-minute power-zone endurance ride, hanging in the middle of the zones.
Core work plus 12-minute power walk plus league.
Just 12 holes with Joe, but walked today unlike riding w Erik yesterday.
