Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.

Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

First successful mill "run" in a while. Rowed 10 minutes, then did a 10-minute warmup class and a 10-minute cooldown class. Still a little vexing that I could feel the calf start to strain a little at > 9 minute pace, but no soreness after, so baby steps. Literally.
