Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
Literally back and forth on Robinson Parkway to avoid the ice everywhere else. Not an easy few days for outdoor running in VT!
Another slog run. Leg hurt a lot :-/ Maybe the drives Saturday and yesterday exacerbated it?
Weight circuit x 2 and a run that turned into a decent short progressive on the mill.
Ran 15 min warmup, 8 x 1:00 hard, 1:00 easy from 8.0-8.7 mph, short warmdown because my leg was feeling wobbly. Not a lot of miles but happy with the intensity.
Treadclimb 40 minutes. Felt blah.
