Short-Term Running Goals:
Get healthy, run pain-free. Have had sciatic nerve issues since 2009, damaged knee cartilage early 2015, so have been a jogger for a while.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.
Married, science writer/editor, enjoy life on the coast of Maine
5 minute warmup, 30 minute top songs ride, 10 minute warmdown. I will try to do more pre/post rides when it's a relatively short, hard workout.
A 30-minute endurance run that I modified to suit my purposes. Left hip is still cranky, so eased up on the incline, sped it up a bit at the end instead.
2 hours of doubles
30-minute Peloton w 5-minute cooldown.
Didn't feel good, left leg hurt quite a bit. Blech.
