Weight lifting and ran 5 miles, ran 30 minutes at a 7:40 avg, then 16 minutes of sprint on/offs.
Lower body strengthening for 40 minutes. Then ran 8.5 miles. Speed varied. But the avg was about a 7:25 :)
44 min of elliptical hell (look the name calling is baaack!) and 5 miles on the dreadmill. I did some hill walking intertwined in some that mileage. Super.
Upper body weights and strengthening. I am really bad at push ups, but I do them anyway.
Elliptical for 36 min, 4 miles on the dreadmill in 30 min.
Lower body strengthening. Intense I tell ya. I look different. I look stronger.
