Nice job. Are you seeing your overall speed improve with this new regimen you got goin on? I'm thinking about adding something like this which is why I'm curious.

Speed varied? That sounds suspiciously similar to FARTLEK! :-)

Amazing...I don't think I will EVER be that fast.

Jake exactly! :)

Jsh, I really believe I am even faster now. I have been sprinting twice a week hard for nearly 200m on and off and I am positive my VO2max has gone even further up. I am sprinting to about a 5 minute mile. Crazy quick, at least to me! I wish I could find a 1500 m and see what I can do. For now, I am going to try and add in a few steady state runs on some of the other days and see what my 5k time looks like. Hopefully run one with Allie.

Toby, you can do it lady. You have the drive :) Just incorporate a speedwork and you're set! :)

Indoor mile @ the olympic oval this winter! We need to set this up! I would gladly serve as the rabbit!

Thanks Julie, I am trying really hard. :)

That would be fun to do a mile at the oval. My best mile ever was 7:39. I bet once I lose the 20 lbs I've gained over the past year, I could improve on that.
