Legs are pretty sore from Saturday but I'll be fine. Last night my left heel started hurting like it did last December. So I'm a little bummed. I woke up this morning at what I thought was 4:20 am. I thought I felt REALLY tired. I went in the bathroom and got my workout clothes on and all that jazz. Went downstairs and I looked the clock that said 3:30 am. I looked at my cell phone that said 3:30. I was so ticked. One of my kids changed my alarm clock time an hour forward. Ugghh. So I snuck back into bed with my workout clothes on and promptly fell back asleep. Then I woke up later than I wanted -5 am. Since my heel hurts, I just worked on the eliptical for 1 1/2 hrs. Then I had a little time to lift and work my core. I had a nice time at the gym having some deep talks with Kira. It was really good for me. Happiest Monday.
