How is one expected to get up and run at 5 am when one has been woken up multiple times during the night? I have not a clue. I couldn't wake up this morning if my house was on fire.
Maybe by this time tomorrow I will be contemplating this phrase ha

It feels pretty good actually, thanks for asking. The sprain doesn't hurt at all any more (as far as i can tell) and my peraneal tendonitis actually feels pretty good too.
