Legs are pretty sore from Saturday but I'll be fine. Last night my left heel started hurting like it did last December. So I'm a little bummed. I woke up this morning at what I thought was 4:20 am.  I thought I felt REALLY tired. I went in the bathroom and got my workout clothes on and all that jazz. Went downstairs and I looked the clock that said 3:30 am. I looked at my cell phone that said 3:30. I was so ticked. One of my kids changed my alarm clock time an hour forward. Ugghh. So I snuck back into bed with my workout clothes on and promptly fell back asleep. Then I woke up later than I wanted -5 am.

Since my heel hurts, I just worked on the eliptical for 1 1/2 hrs. Then I had a little time to lift and work my core. I had a nice time at the gym having some deep talks with Kira. It was really good for me. Happiest Monday.

my kids have done that to me too! ugghh!

Nice recovery workout, those deep gym talks are some of my favorite! Almost makes the elliptical bearable :)

Hope that heel heals soon.

sorry about your heel. heels tend to heal the fastest if you avoid wearing heels and running hills.

great workout this morning.

Dang Allie, I knew there was a reason I shouldn't have been wearing those heels. :)

Sucky RE your heel. Fingers crossed that it is just a little sore and will go away quick.

I had a similar night sleep last night. ugh! Hope you can fit in a nap at some point.

Holy Smokes Lily! You ROCKED Speedy Spaniard. Way to go! And thanks for the nice note about missing us this year. I have to admit that for a split second I missed it this year and missed seeing everyone. However, then I saw how freaking FAST everyone was this year and I was glad I didn't come. I tend to beat myself up!!! But I am sure proud of you. You are running well! Keep it up little lady~

Paul, pls stop cross dressing. :)

Kellie we really did miss you guys!

Merri, to bad you're not on FB. You would probably laugh at what I just wrote concerning kiddos. Maybe not. Most people don't get my sarcasm and silliness. :)
