I run this race a lot, one of my favorites, very tough course.  My time was about 30 seconds slower than last year, which surprised me, I thought I was in better shape this year compared to last.  Oh well, it will keep me sharp for my Boston training.  Oh, lt looks like I got in, got my confirmation Friday, pending the information I gave them was accurate, which it was.

8 miles out and back from home.  9:21 ave.  This is a different kind of run for me.  Alarm goes off at 4:55 am and I was out the door at 5:02am.  You have no energy when you do this, but I've got a very busy day and it's the most efficient way to fit it in.

10 miles on the track  1:23:14  8:20 ave  really felt good today.  72° cool, no sun, wonderful temperature.  Felt strong.  Looking forward to increasing my mileage this week to at least 60.
