Beautiful day for a race.  Based on other runner's comments and one runner's Garmin the course was a little short.  2.9 something.

I was expecting to be sub 20 but I am very doubtful that I really was sub 20.  My nephew who took 5th had a 40 second PR and he was shocked.  This was a hilly course so it wasn't a PR kind of course.

I'm chalking this up as an intense workout and a great way to spend a wonder Sunday morning.

6.9 pm miles 53:09 7:42 ave pace  this is my little speed work day, quarter mile 1:41, off a quarter 3:08 half mile, off a quarter and last half 3:05.  felt stronger than ever, this isn't much but it's a nice little workout and I am seeing improvement.
