8:26 ap easy run, back to mizunos and they seem to feel good now. Bjtt probably a stress fracture so taking celebrex, calcium and running less but following the plan which is easy the first few weeks and see if it heals. ha ha

Plan today 5 @ MP.  Well....x ray of pelvis on list....but for  time being I just run thru this butt/bone pain.  Left at 9am (HOT).  Wish I would get out there earlier but just love to lie in my bed with the fan blowing reading and relaxing.  Summer is making me feel better.  Off zoloft since Monday night last dose.  Just felt too spacey and without emotion but still feel I need something and may try wellbutrin.  Ran one mile easy (8:48) and went right into the five mp miles.  No stopping (although I was wanting to at one point).  Ran up and down minor hills but enough to make me work for this.  Here they are: 6:53, 6:51, 6:50, 6:51, and 6:58.   Kind of died at the end there but it was half down, half up and I am out of shape.  AP for the 5 miles =  6:53.  Oh boy that is one second slower than pace needed for a subthree.  Oh well gotta start somewhere.  : D

ALTRA intuition 1.5.  Bought them at outlet store for 45 dollars brand new.  They were HEAVENLY for my feet.  Even seemed to take pressure off my butt bone landing more flat with my feet.  Kim texted me early I guess (but I don't have my phone with me as I used to, getting sick of it.  Miss the old days with less technology) but I didn't receive the message til I looked at my phone just before bed at 1130.  I was watching Parent Trap with Amber enjoying the evening.   Kim  was inviting me once again to CLIMB American Fork Canyon from the mouth to Tibble Fork....(except we ran an additional 1/2 mile up past the steep part and just to the dirt path-- 7.5 miles exactly).  VERY WINDY from mile 0 to 5 and QUITE COLD up top.  Neither of us were prepared for FROZEN ARM syndrome.  It was hard to move our arms as they were numb.  We left at 5:40am.  I ran slower this time and only stopped at 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, and 12.5 for water, no gus or gatorade today.  Total stoppage time 13 minutes per garmin.  Funny cause Jane and Kim stopped six more times than me and I just kept going.   Luckily I finished a few minutes before them...because they would always pass me everywhere else until they took their last stop.  I quite enjoyed my time hanging with them but kept an easy pace and running past them when they stopped to let them catch me before they would stop again.  I don't like to stop much and it was a good easy pace to help me feel UNbeaten up.  First four miles were ap 9:00 (felt nice and easy not pushed at all even with the significant headwind).  The next three were AP 8:10.  Then the last seven were like 7:09 for the first then 7:00 x 2 and then last five were 6:27 to 6:45.    If my butt was better I would be loving my running completely.  I am feeling much better mentally as the rest of my body has been balancing things out hormonally.    My runs feel strong.  I don't get sore after these runs.  Just the butt bone  ; D.   AP for 15 miles = 7:45.
