Met the BBK's at the Riverfront parking lot. After the warm up, Peggy had us do a crazy hard hill workout. It was tough and I'm tired but I'm excited to start our speed workouts again. I was going to take the 30 second hill sprints easy until Dean challenged me. I couldn't just let him go. I realized I need someone to push me like that. I give up too easy.

| I ran with the BBK's. We warmed up for 4.25 miles. Average pace 9:14. Then we ran 2x2 mile tempo runs. The first was 15:39 (7:44 & 7:56). Then on the second tempo run, I ran the first mile in 7:48 then ran the next 1.4 miles a little slower about 8:30 avg. I was tired today. |

| Met Michelle N. Cheris, Michelle M., Dean, Eric, Alan and Kimberly at Cheris' house. We ran out to Bluffdale, up to Herriman, over to Riverton and back down 11800. The first half had a lot of uphill. I felt pretty good the entire run just a little tired at the end. The company was great as usual. Average pace 8:53. |

| Met the BBK's at the church by Lampton View. After a long warm up, we did lots of hill sprints and then a 1 mile tempo run. I stepped in a big puddle of water in the first mile and soaked my right foot. Other than that it was a good run. |

| Met the BBK's at South Jordan park. Warmed up for 2.8 miles with Cheris and Lynette. The ran the first 5K with Lynette (average pace 8:11). I really wanted to push it, but the snow made it tough. Then ran the next 5K with Lynette and Peggy (a little slower than the first one). It was a great run. |

| I met some of the BBK's to run the Riverton 1/2 marathon course. There was a couple inches of snow, which made it slippery and kind of hard to run on. I felt good. I wanted to run some marathon paced miles, but it was too hard with the snow. Average pace 8:47. The course ended up being short. I hit the bridge at 12.5 miles. |

| Met the BBK's at Daybreak. It was windy and the snow was hitting us in the face. I was happy that there wasn't any snow on the ground. First we warmed up for 4 easy miles. Then we ran 2 x 1/2 mile repeats. Average pace for those was 7:00. We then ran 2 fast miles (under 8:00). Then we ran some hill sprints and cooled down. I was pooped. The BBK's lived up to their name today. Average pace overall 8:43. |

| Met the BBK's at Bingham. We warmed up for 4 miles. Then we ran a few fast strides. Then we ran about a 4 mile tempo run. The we regrouped and finished with another 2.5 miles. The tempo run was tough. My mile splits were 9:40, 9:01, 9:04, 9:08, 7:40, 7:43, 7:21, 7:46, 8:06, 8:13, and 8:23 avg. for the last .5 mile. Overall average pace 8:23 |

| Met the BBK's at the 12300 S. Trail. After the warmup, we ran over to the big hill that goes up to the pool. We ran fast uphill and down with a recovery in between several times. Then we ran some flat 1/4 mile sprints with a 1/4 mile recovery after each. Then cooled down back to the parking lot. It was tough work out as usual. I love running with this group. It is so motivating. |

| Met the BBK's at the Riverfront parking lot. We warmed up for 3.5 miles. The we got on the trail and ran 2 minutes at marathon pace and 1 minute at 5k pace. We did that for the next 5.5 miles and then I cooled down for .5 miles. Mile splits were 9:57, 8:47, 9:25, 8:14, 7:40, 7:44, 7:57, 7:49, 7:50, 9:38. My daughter got her wisdom teeth out today. |

| Met several of the BBK's at Michelle M.'s house at 7:00. It was cold, but it was so nice to run in the light. Michelle M. and Cheris always have a plan and told us how fast to run each mile. It was great. My splits were 9:20, 9:02, 8:54, 8:25, 7:49, 8:31, 8:35, 8:14, 7:42, 8:04, 7:56, and 8:09. My stomach was bothering me, but overall I felt great and could have kept going and going. It was fun to run in a pack like we did. The pack was the 3 Michelle's, Cheris, Jody, Dean and me. Also there was Kimberly, Kris, Alan and Eric. Overall avg. pace 8:24. |
