| Met the BBK's at Bingham. Warmed up for 4.5 miles with an average pace of 9:08. Then we did some track work. We ran a 400, 300, 200, and 100 with the same amount of recovery between. We repeated that again, but I had to leave before we finished. Average pace for the track work including recovery was 7:54. |

| Bet the BBK's at the church by the Lampton View Hill. I got there a late. I was able to get in a 1.6 mile warm up by myself. When everyone got there, we warmed up for another mile. Then we ran 2 X 2 mile tempo runs with a lot of hills in them. We recovered after each. Average pace for for the last 5.4 miles was 8:19. |

| I met Michelle, Jody and Lisa in Bluffdale to run the 5k and 10k courses. We ran the 5k pretty slow with a 9:07 average pace. Then we did the 10k a bit faster. The first few miles have some steady uphill. It's worth it when you get to run the last three miles downhill. I felt really good at the end. Average pace for the 10k was 8:18 (51:32). We cooled down until we hit 10 miles. |

| I did Cheris' hilly 7 mile route this morning. It was 50 degrees with a light rain the whole time. It was perfect running weather. I decided to try out the virtual trainer on my Garmin. At the half way mark I was over 244 feet behind. I finished about 200 feet ahead and my Garmin told me I won. Average pace 8:56. |

I met the BBK's at Bingham. Cheryl and I both got there a few minutes late, so we kept the group in sight until we finished the warmup. Then the group warmed up for another mile or so. My garmin wasn't working so I don't know my splits. We did 2 fast 1/2 mile repeats, then a 2 mile tempo run (Kelli said that was about a 7:15 pace). Then we ran over to the track.
We started with a 1200 (400 recovery), 1000 (300 recovery), 800 (300 recovery), and then a fast 400 followed by an 800 recovery. (Kelli says these were in the low 7's or mid to high 6's.
This was a tough workout and I was beat. Thankyou Kelli, Jody and Cheris for pushing me. You guys are awesome. |

| Met the BBK's at the church off of 2200 W. and 9800 S. We warmed up for about 3 miles with an average pace of 9:07. Then we ran up to 4800 W. and back. I felt really good today. I ran mostly with Jody, Kelli and Michelle P. They were great. There is no way I could have pushed myself that hard on my own. My splits for the 7 miles were 8:23, 8:30, 8:25, 8:06, 7:17, 7:22, and 7:32. Average for 7 miles 7:57. |

| Met the BBKs at SJ park. We warmed up for 3.3 miles. Average pace 8:54. Then we ran the first 5k. I ran with Melanie. Most of the others were taking it easy for WBR. My time was 22:30. Average pace 7:30 with a short recovery. The 2nd 5k was a little slower. It was great to run that one with Peggy. Average pace for the last 3.5 miles was 7:59. |

| Met the BBK's at Bingham this morning. We warmed up for about 3.6 miles. Average pace 9:14. Then we did a track workout. We ran a fast 1200. Then we were paired up. Michelle was my partner. She did great. We ran 4x600's each. Then we ran 2 laps with slow curves and fast straights. Then I ran until I hit 10 miles. Thanks Kelli for finishing with me. I didn't feel very fast today. Average pace for the last 6.4 miles was 7:54. |
