I ran in the St George Expedition 50 mile relay. It was a blast. Our team was called The fast, fabulous and frivolous. On our team was Cheryl, Peggy, Cheris and Michelle. This was my first relay and I loved it. I ran legs 2 and 10. I was very nervous to be the final runner but we had a good enough lead that it didn't even matter. We finished an hour before the next all women's team. My first leg was mostly uphill. It was only 2.4 miles and my pace was 7:22. My second leg was 6.7 miles. The last 1.5 miles had a steady uphill climb. Average pace for that leg was 7:44. I would definitely do this race again.

A.M.- Met the BBK's at the church on tithing hill. 9 easy miles around the neighborhoods with lots of hills. Average pace 8:58.
P.M.- Cardio X. My lower body is sore from the workout yesterday. Hopefully this workout with help to loosen things up.

Met at Michelle M.'s house. Ran with Jody, Lisa, Michelle, Mike and Aaron. It was 26 degrees but the South wind made it feel much colder. Good run. We even sang some Chitty Chitty Bang Bang songs. Average pace 8:33.
I also did the Ab Ripper X when I got home. |

| Met the BBK's at the Riverfront park. We ran lots of loops around the neighborhoods. My hubby Jerry came and ran with us today. I always love when he runs with us. The air was yucky and I've felt it in my chest all day, but it still beats running on the treadmill. Average pace 8:48. |
