I ran the first 9 miles of the treadmill hill run.  I ran the first 3 miles a little slower than usual.   It felt a little easier than last week.

Met the BBK's at the Riverfront parking lot.  After the warm up, Peggy had us do a crazy hard hill workout.  It was tough and I'm tired but I'm excited to start our speed workouts again.  I was going to take the 30 second hill sprints easy until Dean challenged me.  I couldn't just let him go.  I realized I need someone to push me like that.  I give up too easy. 

Push ups 14,14,10,10,22.  100 crunches.

I ran with the BBK's.  We warmed up for 4.25 miles.  Average pace 9:14.  Then we ran 2x2 mile tempo runs.  The first was 15:39 (7:44 & 7:56).  Then on the second tempo run, I ran the first mile in 7:48 then ran the next 1.4 miles a little slower about 8:30 avg.  I was tired today.

Met Michelle N. Cheris, Michelle M., Dean, Eric, Alan and Kimberly at Cheris' house.  We ran out to Bluffdale, up to Herriman, over to Riverton and back down 11800.  The first half had a lot of uphill.  I felt pretty good the entire run just a little tired at the end.  The company was great as usual.  Average pace 8:53.
