AM- Frigid run with the girls and Jason. Talked to Brecken about her sports plans. 3.19 miles

PM- Loop into Washington and down Hell Hole. Did my best to keep up with the boys. I stopped to go to the bathroom at one point so I had to play catch up most of the time. Ran a 7:18 mile pace for the run. 9.21 miles

A little before meeting with the team. Then into Washington. Hills.......I struggled. My back hurt and I became a wuss. Couldn't keep up with the boys or many of the girls. Extended some miles on my own. 10.26 miles

AM- Just had to get something in. Bloomington Loop. 3.31 miles 

PM- Abandoned golf course looking for a Turkey trot 5K route. It was super windy! Had to stop for a bathroom break around 7 miles. Think I found a decent 5K route on my 2nd attempt. 9.41 miles

Warm up on the gc. Then got Marieta to come out for our inaugural Abandoned Golf Course 5K. It was really windy in the first and third miles. The wind was definitely a factor but I think I still pushed pretty good. There were some decent uphills. Good course that I found. Marieta ran 25 something.

Ran a bunch of miles after "the race" including a 5:55 mile. I needed to break 6 so I found a mile section with less wind. 11.34 miles

Wanted to work on pacing. Did 3 miles slow and warm up (and uphill). Then I tried to do 3 sets of 7:45, 7:15, 6:45. Pacing became difficult with up and downhills. Still a fun workout, trying to spice up my morning. 13.22 miles
