Not really feeling it out on the runs. My right calf/shin is feeling strange.

Halloween artic circe run with the team. I dressed up as Amare Stoudemire. I hit my knee hard on a dresser handle at school. It was right on my scar tissue so it hurt to bend all day. I need to get myself better by icing my shins too. Fun run!

Fate of the cards run at Washington Elementary. I tried a new strategy after 2 days off of running. New strategy: run tough and quit being a baby. I ran with Nau mainly.
