15 warm + striders
3 minute intervals--3k pace, 5k pace, 8k pace, 5k pace, 3k pace.
I struggled through this workout because my right shin is hurting. I tried to help out the back guys.
Had a head ache, but decent run wiht Caleb.
Run up ol turkey farm road. Still having right shin problems. Might take it easy this next week and ice mixed some running.
