Not so easy run
AM: Soft Running.
PM: Boy/ Girl Relays. I was paired with the Rachel Young so we did really good. I probably average 1:19 400s for 11 of them. Rachel and I took 2nd.
Ran all the way up the Oak Grove Trail. I did a lot better than I thought I would.
