AM- Black Brush partly with the big group, then Isaac E, then Keaton and Kenny. After I got back I extended hoping to find the main group of boys only to realize they were across the canyon from me. So I went out and found them just in time to finish with them. I parked 1.5 miles away from the trailhead so I had a nice warm and cool. I felt good, especially after a 20 mile Saturday. 11.02 miles
PM- I ran the same Murray loop 6 times cheering on kids. I charged the big hill 6 times too. I borrowed a garmin watch to see how far my loop was. Each loop I ran was about .70. So around 4.2 miles total
5.54 miles by myself running down around state street. I slipped on some slick sidewalk right in front of a car. Ran with the girls, Nathan, and Nic on the state course. 5.60 miles
