Went sprinting out the door after watching the Steelers lose on SNF. I also feel like Sunday ruins my Monday morning runs because I’m pretty stagnant. So I wanted to go for a little jog anyways. 2.05 miles

AM- Got up early and ran the Bloomington loop. I was planning on doing my run then heading over to PV but my achilles was hurting. I decided to rest it and see how it feels this afternoon. 3.06 miles

Marieta dropped Aaron, Clinton, and I up at the start line of the marathon. I ran pretty well until my IT band started flaring up. Overall a good run but maybe too long for today. I'm hopeful that I'll be ready for the marathon and have fresh legs for it.
