AM- Into Middleton with tired calves and shins. Ran with the boys. 4.68 miles

PM- Set up and took down Desert Relays course. Cooled with girls. 3.28 miles

AM- Hill Circuit with the crew. Ran the first one with Macy. She was really struggling to keep it together but ran well on the actual up and down hills. Then ran with Kennis, Boston, Elder Lunt, and Holt on the 2nd uphill. Then tried chasing the boys on the down. Ran back to the school. Seems like a lot of kids are tired and others are running really well right now. Ran into some past PV runners in Haley and Megan Frodsham. 6.32 miles 

PM- 25 in the heat with the boys. 3.19 miles

PM- 30 minutes in the heat with some struggling girls. Added 10 minutes afterwards. 4.13 miles

AM- Therapeutic run on the abandoned golf course and then around random streets. My legs still feel like cement but I just kept moving. 10.17 miles 

PM- Ran the g course while relatives biked. I started early thinking they would pass me up. They never caught me. 3.58 miles
