Long-Term Running Goals:
Be a life-long runner
I'm usually not a good Monday runner but my Dad helped me run a good 9. I was stoked that I could keep the mile times down.
Ran a slow humid one. I started out too fast but it was good to complete the run.
I ran 60 second intervals but didn't dig enough. I don't know why I'm so wussy and or slow.
I ran 5.70 with my Dad on Cedar Mtn and then added 2 more before football with some friends.
