I felt bad I didn't run yesterday so I wanted to get a longer un in today. Felt pretty smooth until the last couple of miles.
Pryamid of 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 with equal recovery in between.
200: 35 sec
Welp I'm not fast but was a good workout.
I just wanted to get a quick one in.
Ran part in Flagstaff with my Brother. Tried out the course I will be running in a month.
