AM- Well I made it to monday morning practice. I got out and felt sluggish then had a gut bomb. I turned back and went to the bathroom. I need to work on my Sunday diet. Next week will be better. 2.18 miles

PM- 30 with Wes, Eli, Huntington, and Teddy. They are a solid beginner group. Then a little stress relieving jog with Maritza. 5.16 miles

AM- Weights with no running. My arch has been hurting so I am going to rest and see how it feels this afternoon. 

PM- Easy 25 with the beginners and Allen. 3.97 miles

AM- 25 with the boys. Started the sluggish then felt good. My foot seems to be feeling ok, I will keep testing it. I am now transitioning into not drinking soda for lent. I know that will help me lose some lbs. 3.13 miles

PM- 800s with Wes and Teddy. Mixed in a mile with Marieta. 5.15 miles

AM- 25 with Pyper, Brinley, Kennis, and Sadie. I added some minutes running with Jason and Tyler as they were doing their 400s and 300s. A perfect morning! 4.02 miles 

PM- 6 400s with G and the gang! I think the workout turned out ok even without Holt there. Looked like some good efforts. 4.69 miles

AM- Ran a simulation of Leg 1 of the Lake to Lake Relay. I got after it then felt nauseous. I ran well on the first and last mile and endured the rest. I still beat my dads predicted time (what he thinks I'll run next week). 1 mile with Marieta as she finished the same run. 7.05 miles
