Ran the race with Cole, Porter, Gaige, and Carson. Tripped about 1/2 mile into it. Tied my shoe a little over a mile into it. Nice course! I think Coleman won?? I want to run more today but sickness is hitting me. We'll see how the afternoon goes. Still an improvement week even with sickness. 4.95 miles
