AM- Warmed with boys. The workout was 3 minute 5k pace then 2 minute steady. I mixed in with Ian, Samantha, and Julia. I went with Emmalee for her 5th and 6th tempo and steady. She ran consistent and strong. Then jumped in with the top girls on their 7th and last set. Cooled with girls then boys. 8.05 miles
PM- Afternoon jog at camp. Nothing special. 2.53 miles
