AM- Need to wake up earlier to get a couple more miles in the morning. Worked out my hamstring. 3.11 miles
PM- Hill Circuit with the girls. I didn't feel very quick on the uphill or downhill but I did push for sure. We did a half on our second go around. I tried to push and pass Katie Finch on the uphill. I felt a little tightness in my hamstring so I pulled off just a little bit. 6.05 miles
PM2- Ran an additional with Marieta once I got home. 1.04 miles
