AM- Warm with coaches. 4 fartleks with the Real Li Li. Then I mixed in some minutes trying to help Bungy. Hopped in with Joe and Em. Then tried to help Em on her 8th rep. Cool with Em and Mama W. 7.84 miles 

PM- Little out and back waiting for rain and got wind. 3.28 miles
